Sternchemie was established in 1980 by Volkmar Wywiol, one of the pioneers of the development and marketing of lecithins, and has since grown into a dynamic, customer-oriented specialist for lipid systems. Our product portfolio now consists solely of natural and functional lipids: lecithins, high-quality MCT oils and powders, vitamin-rich red palm oil, spray-dried coconut milk and plenty more besides. We develop and produce customised solutions for a whole host of applications. We will work with you to find the right product for your needs and preferences. With our lipid solutions, we support you from the initial idea through to the implementation and live production of your products.
As a subsidiary of the independent, owner-run Stern-Wywiol Gruppe with more than 1950 employees worldwide we have access to the accumulated know-how of around 150 R&D specialists in seven multidisciplinary Stern-Technology Centre with extensive test facilities.
Our daily goal is to make food production safe and easy for our partners.
