More than 90% of lecithin produced worldwide crosses continental borders. We work closely with raw ingredient producers and suppliers in order to ensure the supply of reliable, high-quality products. Here, the focus is on local products and the development of sustainable alternatives to soya products and genetically modified lecithins. 

We take extensive precautions to safeguard the outstanding quality of our products and processes, thus ensuring that our customers always receive flawless goods. Whether vegan or organic products, we promote the consumption of resource-saving foods by supplying sustainably certified palm oil and organically certified lecithin and coconut products.

As a development partner for our customers, we help them, for instance, to replace artificial emulsifiers, produce vegan and certified organic products, and put innovative product ideas into practice.

We operate globally in accordance with an overarching Code of Conduct and the responsibility principles of the Stern-Wywiol Group, which set out the Group’s values in the form of binding guidelines.
